Alizé Jireh is an autodidact photographer and filmmaker who has worked as a freelancer for both promotional and documentary work in more than 25 countries for the past 6 years. She began coming into more conceptual photography and video in the past 2 years while exploring self-portraiture during the pandemic. Her art is a reflection of someone eager to find themselves in their most raw and sensual experience. Wandering in ordinary environments with curious eyes, she has discovered the inner most authentic voice and tells a compelling story of how when we go inward we expand and create the outward world we live in.
She focuses her art as an exploration of the human body as lifeless nature, as an inanimate object that mixes with its surrounding landscape and transforms in it to study through surrealism and dreamscapes the intensity of human emotion; solitude, observation, sensuality… the soul
